Sympli Works is an online learning platform for small and micro business owners.

Our goal is to bring you the most relevant knowledge available for business leaders today.

It is an offshoot of Symplicity Organizational Designs, which got its start in 2013. The founding group of five partners launched a company that would apply a process-driven approach to drive positive results at small and medium sized businesses. For years, they had studied, then applied the principles, methodologies and tools practiced by high performing organizations to help businesses improve, innovate and grow.

After considerable success working with over 400 businesses and organizations in Canada, Symplicity formed Sympli Works, to bring their training and approach to the rest of the world.

About the Course

The stress, the frustration, the anxiety. We understand, we have been there. We have seen countless others there too, and we know there is a better way. This course is designed to introduce to you only the need-to-know, and walk you through how to apply that knowledge into action in your business. There isn’t a need to reinvent what works in great business. We have taken the best that great minds have brought to the table, applied it to good, bad and very ugly situations and seen the transformation it can have. Finishing this course you should feel confident in your decisions as a business leader, knowing it is tried and true stuff.

Who this course is for

This course is for business owners who want to create sustainable strategies for improvement, innovation and growth in their organization. It is for leaders who feel the daily to-do’s are overloading and causing a burden on their people, their family and their own mental health.

We have got the regimen figured out, but make no mistake, putting this into place takes some serious discipline. If you take a fitness course, and never go to the gym and try the workouts, you’re not going to get washboard abs. Same deal here. So if you don’t want to put in the work needed to be great, this isn’t for you.

We sort through the noise, and teach you to apply the theory that matters in a practical way that we have shown time and time again, actually works. We take the high level theory and break it down into actionable pieces. Those pieces when put together will paint a picture of how to get through to the other side of your biggest problems today. Regardless of your background, we will guide you through exercises that you can follow and apply in your business and life today for incredible results.

How to get the most from this course

We know that time is infinitely valuable. That is why we have broken this course into small modules that can be completed when it works for you. That being said, in order to get the most out of these lessons, we recommend the following;

  • Schedule the time it is going to take to work through this. Block out two hours in your week to spend on this. Remember the faster you get this implemented, the faster you will see results.
  • Watch the videos. Take notes. Watch them again.
  • Work through the exercises and refer to your exercise guides for help.
  • Once you have worked through the exercises, put them into action!
  • Once you have started putting them into action, reflect on them. Remember that pain+reflection=progress and improvement comes from progress, not perfection. None of these exercises are etched in stone, go back to them as needed to keep making them better.
  • Join the group on facebook, you are not alone on this journey. Be vulnerable, ask questions and be kind to others.
